Hej på er! Som ni ser har vi bytt design här på Im Next, blev så jäkla bra tycker jag. Ska bara ändra storleken på texten lite! Fick några kommentarer om att detta inlägg inte synts på vissa enheter så jag slänger upp inlägget på nytt – ledsen för det. Idag är det måndag och tillbaks till rutiner, känns fantastiskt bra och tillfredställande. I helgen väntar en riktigt rolig grej för er Göteborgare och Linköpingbor – mer om det senare i veckan. Har en massa (hjälp!) mail att gå igenom idag. Men först ska jag ta mig en lunch och springrunda! Hörs senare ikväll med resultatet av det jag visade för ett par dagar sedan. Stor puss!

Got some comments about this post, that some of you couldn’t see it on every unit so I post the photos again. Sorry for that! Today It’s monday and I’m back to my old rutins, which feels so good. This weekend I have some job in Gothenborg and a smaller city called Linköping, more about that later. Have a log (help…) mail to go trough today. But first, some lunch and a run in the woods. I’ll get back to you later with the result of the thing I showed you some days ago! Kisses

    you running so often lately…why? i think cardio is not the best for you as a woman with a fast metabolism…you will just getting thinner through it and that is not your goal or?

      answer: Oh I Get your point, but I’m already aware of that. But It’s not healthy to just sit on your ass all the time, even if you have a great metabolism ;) Just been out three times this summer and been running less than a kilometre each time, haha. I’m not running to loose weight of course, just to wake up my body. Nothing but healthy! Just need to eat some extra food those days or drink a gainer. Hugs!

        oh ok didnt know that you only ran 3times this summer and that you dont run for example like 6km or something ;) i just saw you went running on an ig pic…and i thought now you would do it like every day or every 2. day…
        :) its good that you want to do something healthy for you i just wanted to say…take care of you ok?! :)
