Pictures from an outside work-out the other week.
Jag var ute och sprang häromdagen och åh vad underbart det är! Min kondition är förmodligen den sämsta av allas men jag jobbar på det, haha. Tyvärr har jag alldeles för bra gener (ur en hälsosynpunkt) för att ha känt mig motiverad till regelbunden träning. Men man blir äldre och jag måste fasen börja ta hand om mig själv, det handlar ju om insidan också! Så nu ska jag springa två-tre gånger i veckan fram tills sista augusti tänkte jag. Gillar inte att vara på gym så utomhusträning är verkligen min grej. Har ni några tips på vad man kan göra som är lite extra kul när man är ute och springer? Dela gärna :*
/ I was out running the other day and I love it. My condition is the worse ever but I’m working on it. I haven’t been active when it comes to any sport since I was 12 years old. Unfortunately I have too good genes (if you look at it from a health perspecitve) to feel motivated to work out regularly. But you get older and more aware that you need to take care of your body! So now I have the goal to be out running two-three times a week until the end of august. Yey! If you have any advice on funny things you can add to your running-routine please share! Xx

I love running, i started running when i was 25 … now with 2 kids, running is my moment, 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
Love the way i feel when running and after. I do not listen to music or control my time… just run and enjoy of being alone!

It happens to me a lot, that I go for a run head full of worries and problems, but after the run I come back home with a clear mind and all problems solved. There’s something about running that makes also the mind work harder during the run. That brings me a lot of motivation 🙂
